RCI - The worlds largest exchange holiday club looks at Bulgaria
RCI is considering moving to Bulgaria with its holiday exchange club, and is seeking resort partnerships. Fractional ownership has been around for many years, and has been experienced by buyers from many countries, but Bulgaria has not seen what this industry has to offer in terms of holiday exchange.
Bulgaria is prime for this type of Holiday exchange as the world has realy only opened up to the majority of Bulgarians in recent years and their appetite to explore key holiday destinations will only grow.
The question remains though weather developers will see this as an opportunity to recover from a failing market.
