How is my Equity Share Managed ?
ESi manage all equity shares. An ESi manager is appointed to each company. This manager is responsible for:
- The running and management of shareholder companies.
- Payment of all taxes and fees.
- Book keeping of accounts
- Year end company accounts.
- Produce quarterly accounts for shareholders
- The overseeing and management of the shareholders property.
- Ensure apartment management and maintenance is carried out.
- Manage any apartment issues.
- Attract and maintain any rental contracts
- Produce quarterly property report for shareholders
- Communicate all matters to shareholders
- Respond to shareholder issues
- Produce regular reporting through ESi web site
