The ESi principle directors have worked in the property business as consultants and investors for many years, several years ago we discussed the potential of a new way to buy, and for the last 14 months have moved towards the creation of ESi.

What is Equity Release ?
Equity release is the releasing of some or all of the equity in the form of an equity share in a property. It gives access to capital while still giving ownership and all the rights to use the shares that are still pending a sale.

Owners fill in “Equity release registration forms”, and we then check their property for suitability, and send back a free property report within 5 working days, outlining:

The Selling Timeframe
If the owner then wishes to proceed with Equity Release, a registration fee will be invoiced and the property will be introduced to the marketplace.
How is the property marketed:
ESi will place the property on its web site.
ESi will produce product cards and distribute to all its registered agents.
ESi will distribute the property in its regular newsletter and distribute to its news group subscribers
ESi and its agent network will offer the product to all its potential clients.
