Why was ESi established as a business ?

The ESi principle directors have worked in the property business as consultants and investors for many years, several years ago we discussed the potential of a new way to buy, and for the last 14 months have moved towards the creation of ESi.

Our plan and objective was to offer the industry, developers and property owners a safe secure, completely transparent way to sell their product, and for property owners a far more sensible way to buy.

Meet the Team  

Enda Maguire (Director)

Enda has worked as an IT consultant for many years in the UK, as well as building a private portfolio of properties worldwide. He has a keen eye for investments and understands well the buying trends in the lifestyle property market.

Mitko Rachev (Sales Manager Bulgaria)

Mitko has worked in the emrging Bulgarian property market for over 10 years, and has provided key support for developers, Bulgarian, British and Russian for a number of years.

Gareth Edwards     (ESI development consultant)

Gareth has worked in the property industry for 20 years focusing initially in Spain and the Balearics but subsequently around the rest of Europe, US and latterly in Eastern Europe. Gareth has worked in direct sales, sales management, developing sales and marketing strategies and providing property consultancy services to developers, as well as investors.

Patrick Van Sananten (Liason office Benelux)

Patrick has worked as a financial planner in the real estate and transport industry for the past fifteen years. The last eight years he has become very familiar with the Eastern-European developments, especially Bulgaria, in which he assisted many international projects to develop infrastructure as well as recreational and leisure development. In that period he has gained extensive expertise in tax and legal issues connected with investments in leisure homes (on fractional bases). Patrick has assisted developers to greatly improve their financial performance on projects.

Venzislav Vassilev (Accountants)
Venzislav senior partner of REX Consulting is our preferred partner for bookkeeping, accountancy, taxation and legal issues. They were established in 1995 in Sofia, and have now expanded their offices throughout Bulgaria. REX Consulting is highly reputed and has joined Russell Bedford International, a global network of independent accountants.

Anna is the ESI lawyer who specialises in company formation and transfer of real estate. She has excellent qualifications and will help with the set-up of Ltds (according the BG Law to take advantage of the lowest EU corporate tax rate).
